Parul Khanna is a seasoned cybersecurity professional and passionate instructor specializing in risk management, incident response, cloud security, and software engineering. She holds a Master’s in Information System Security Management from a Canadian university and certifications including CISSP, ISSAP, CCSP, CSSLP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, and CCSK. Previously, she was a core team member of a Cybersecurity Operations Centre at one of Canada’s Big 5 banks. Parul is a subject matter expert in risk assessments, security control enhancements, and security solutions. She has published research on doxing at an international conference and served as a board member for the ISC2 Toronto Chapter. A dedicated mentor and instructor at York University, she actively supports WiCyS and frequently speaks at cybersecurity conferences.
