As Co-Founder, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Blacks United in Leading Technology ("BUiLT"), Mr. Beasley leads an innovative, grass-roots, professional organization to increase the representation and participation of Black people in tech.
Mr. Beasley progressed in IT infrastructure management through various industries, working mostly at the Director and VP level in large corporations. He has built and managed several data centers, built IT infrastructures for 1000+ seat call centers, and provided daily network and data security services.
In 2003, Mr. Beasley founded Netwatch Solutions of Richardson, Texas, a software change and configuration management database (CMDB) products company.
Mr. Beasley has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management.
