With hobbies and activities ranging from exercise, gym classes and yoga, to reading, playing music and even taking up flying lessons – our panelists will engage in a lively discussion around keeping balance in our lives by doing things other than work and how those activities can even greatly improve the quality of your work.

I thought they would actually do some breathing exercises and not just talk about it.
