Daniel Zeldis is Head of Cyber Services at the BSW group, a global cybersecurity company. He is an international consultant and trainer with more than 30 years of experience who advocates for simplifying systems for efficiencies. When working with clients, his starting point is always what can be done better with existing resources, how we can improve by taking out stuff (a very hard sell) and, only last, what can we add to improve the whole. Systems thinking and systematic inventive thinking are his two go-to sources of inspiration.
