Kathleen Smith

 As Chief Outreach Officer for ClearedJobs.Net a veteran owned company, Kathleen Smith spearheads the community-building initiatives. She provides a leadership role for many community organizations to include BSidesLV's 2 day career track; DEFCON's Career Village and Women in Cybersecurity Celebration to name a few. Kathleen is a frequent contributor to several podcasts  and RSA2020, Kathleen was awarded the Recruiter Ally of the Year award for her work in supporting women in the cybersecurity professions. Kathleen is well respected within the recruiting community as co-founder recruitDC, the largest community of recruiters on the East Coast.
