With over 22 years of senior executive experience, Radhika has a proven track record in designing and implementing effective governance frameworks, conducting cyber risk assessments, and driving data-driven cyber risk reporting. Radhika's cybersecurity background spans renowned financial services and technology organizations such as Google, Goldman Sachs, PayPal and BNY Mellon. In 2023, she founded Global Security Insights, a cybersecurity & risk management startup with the mission to empower cybersecurity leaders with expert guidance to make right cybersecurity decisions based on experiences from their trusted network. Radhika is a seasoned public speaker and is currently serving on the boards of Sightline Security and ThriveDX. In 2022, Radhika received the prestigious "Women in Technology" Spotlight award from the ISACA New York Chapter for her exceptional mentorship of emerging cybersecurity professionals. Additionally, Radhika was chosen as a 2022 Women in Power Fellow by the 92NY Belfer Center.
