I have been working as a security practitioner for more than 25 years, both as a technical expert and as an information risk manager, mainly in the financial sector. Throughout my career, I have experienced the growing appetite from C Level management regarding security: what was considered as a technical field managed by FW administrators in the years 2000, has now become, for 10 years an enterprise risk.

I have endorsed three times a role of CSO and it has been amazing to watch that switch, linked to the emergence of cyber security, which is now in the top 5 risks of any organization.
