Jim Turchek has over 30 years of experience in varying areas of Information Technology, with a focus on security for over 20 years. Currently, he is the Identity and Access Manager at Progressive Insurance., He has supported many areas of IT, including Telecom, Server and Network. While working as an Engineer, an Architect and now in Management, security of IT environments has always been one of his visions. A founding member of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance, Jim has been interested in forward thinking innovations and their effects on Cyber Security. As the manager of Identity and Access Management, one of Jim’s responsibilities is researching new technologies and how they will change future management of access as well as how they can help advancement of Business Strategies.
