In early 2020, only 35% of job seekers had ever experienced a virtual job fair. By late 2020, over 90% of job seekers had participated in a virtual job fair. Many people thought that once we returned to in-person recruitment that virtual job fairs would go away. Given the convenience, expense and success of so many virtual job fair platforms, virtual job fairs are here to stay.
How different are the approaches between going to an in-person job fair and a virtual job fair?
We will go through the key differences and similarities of both virtual and in-person job fairs to outline how to be successful in the virtual job search environment.
