Has the pandemic negatively impacted your (ISC)2 Chapter? Did your membership rates drop once you went virtual? Are you having trouble revitalizing the sense of community that you once had? During this presentation, we will discuss how we reinvented our Chapter by making volunteerism and a sense of community become our new mission. Programs, such as mentoring, study groups, joint events, newsletters and family-oriented activities have transformed our chapter and increased our membership by over 600%. This will be an open discussion for chapter leaders to discuss their challenges and lessons we learned as we adjusted to a hybrid participation environment, that mimics today's workforce model.
