Before you attend, we encourage you to determine which sessions are of interest and to add them to your personalized itinerary under the "My Itinerary" tab. Find a session you wish to add to your itinerary and click "Add to Itinerary". 
Virtual Attendance: During the event, navigate to this tab, and select "My Itinerary" at the top for easy access to the sessions you selected and to launch your session(s). 

You will also want to take advantage of the "Preferred Timezone" feature, located underneath the Filter bar! Simply set your preference and all session times will be updated to reflect your requested timezone. 
You are required to attend at least 75% of each session in order to earn CPE credit. Your CPE will be automatically added to your event transcript once participation requirements are met. Switching sessions mid-stream may result in no CPE credit being earned. 
We strongly recommend using a desktop computer or laptop with a hardline internet connection for best performance and experience. However, the event live stream can be accessed by most mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones. 
Before attending the online conference, be sure to check your system’s compatibility with the live broadcasting platform. This will ensure that you have all the proper items required for accessing the live event. Click on the "System Checker" tab on the event page. Be sure to apply necessary updates to your system for items that fail before the live event.
Each session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time. To access your live streamed session(s) click the "My Itinerary" tab to view the schedule that you created and launch from there. Access to certain sessions is dependent on your registration package.

To access all currently available conference materials, click the "Handouts" tab. Check back frequently for updated materials. Access to certain sessions is dependent on your registration package.

You will also be able to access materials in the “Resources” area of the streaming player during live sessions.
We want your feedback! Evaluations will be open 15 minutes prior to the end of each session, for completion in real time or after the event. To access the speaker evaluations and your official CPE Transcript click the "Evaluations" tab. Members will have CPEs automatically added to their membership recorded within 10 days of the event.

While watching or listening, you can easily switch between these custom features:
  • 1. Session Details – Review session description and speaker biographies
  • 2. Live Chat – Interact and network with other online attendees and event moderators
  • 3. Questions –  Submit questions for the speakers, and vote for which questions the speaker(s) should response do. 
  • 4. Polling - Participate in real-time session polling 
  • 5. Resources – Download presentation materials
  • 6. Session Notes – Easily jot down key take-aways from the session you are viewing and receive them automatically via email once the session ends
  • 7. Transcript - View the audio transcript as the dialogue happens
  • 8. Request Live Help – Our staff is always there to help if you run into any issues with your online experience
  • 9. Closed Captioning - Access closed captioning for the session
You will have access to the recordings of the sessions offered with your registration. Recordings will be posted approximately 24 hours after the conference concludes. You will receive an email with access instructions. 
  Closed captioning will be provided for all sessions within the streaming player. For additional accommodation requests, please contact events@isc2.org.  
Adjusting your view: To ensure you can see all the details within the Exhibit Hall platform, adjust your browser zoom settings upon entry. For the best experience, set your zoom settings to 100% by selecting settings, then updating your zoom OR by pressing control/command and the + or - keys.  
Networking and attendee interaction: Explore our Video & Chat Lounge to learn more about all the    networking opportunities in the exhibit hall.
Virtual tote bag: Utilize your virtual tote bag throughout the Exhibit Hall. Simply click the Tote bag icon by downloadable items as you explore content within booths. View all of your collected items by selecting the tote bag icon from the bottom navigation bar: you will also be able to download items in bulk from here.    
Contact information sharing: REMINDER: By entering/clicking a virtual exhibit booth, you are agreeing to have your registration  contact information, including but not limited to name, title, company, address,  and email, shared with the booth  sponsor/exhibitor.
