Mr. Victor Aldana MBA, MSC, PMP

Victor Aldana is a cybersecurity expert and educator with a focus on workforce development, security training, and the real-world application of AI in cybersecurity. At Microsoft, he serves as a Senior Customer Success Account Manager, where he leads security training efforts and helps organizations strengthen their security posture. Victor is the Director of Education for the Las Vegas chapter of ISSA and collaborates with universities to prepare students for careers in cybersecurity. With a master's degree in cybersecurity and a non-traditional path from construction to tech, he brings a unique and accessible perspective to breaking into and growing within the industry.
