Ms. Tracy M. Hickey

Tracy M. Hickey is a seasoned security leader specializing in the intersection of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and automation. Currently the Principal Security Governance Engineer at Atlassian, Tracy leads the Security Governance team and serves as the organization's HIPAA Security Officer. In close partnership with the CISO, she spearheads Human Risk Management initiatives and builds robust security frameworks that scale. Prior to Atlassian, Tracy spent 15 years at AWS, where she was instrumental in scaling security services and advising global customers on compliant architectures. A champion of "compliance by design," she has a proven track record of automating complex controls and integrating regulatory frameworks directly into the development lifecycle.
