Dr. Tobias Uldall-Espersen is Senior IT-Security Architect at DSB, the national Danish railway operator, where he leads the organization’s secure software development lifecycle and DevSecOps initiatives. With a Ph.D. in systems development from the University of Copenhagen, he has more than 25 years of experience in systems and software development, the last 10 years of which have been in IT-security, secure software development and compliance. Since 2016, Dr. Uldall-Espersen has worked in critical infrastructure in the health and transportation sectors. He is a volunteer (ISC)² exam developer.
