Sid Roper

Sid Roper is a seasoned GRC professional with over 20 years of experience in technology and finance. He has held key roles at organizations including AOL, Best Buy, Geek Squad, Bank of America, Apple and Kandji (Iru), where he has designed and led Governance, Risk and Compliance programs across complex enterprise environments. Known as a trusted advisor, Sid helps organizations align GRC initiatives with strategic business objectives, driving measurable impact and operational resilience. Outside of work, Sid spends time in North Florida and in upstate New York with his wife and three children, where he pursues sustainable living, coffee science and culinary experimentation. He brings the same curiosity and precision to his personal projects as he does to helping organizations build modern, forward-looking GRC programs.
