Mr. Santosh Kumar CSSLP

Santosh Kumar is the Chief Security Architect for Webex CX at Cisco, with over 25 years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, and AI systems. He leads the global security strategy for Cisco’s AI-powered contact center workloads, driving secure-by-design architecture across cloud-native environments. Santosh holds dual Master’s degrees, including an MSc with Distinction in Software and Systems Security from the University of Oxford. An IEEE Senior Member and CSSLP, he has published peer-reviewed research on Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning (PPML), Complex Event Processing, and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE). His work focuses on advancing trustworthy AI systems by bridging deep technical research with measurable enterprise security baselines.
