Rupinder Pal Singh, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, is Manager of Information Security at NICE, where he leads a globally distributed compliance team managing more than ten frameworks, from FedRAMP Moderate to ISO 42001, across the US, UK, EU, Australia and the Philippines. A former PCI Internal Security Assessor, he has spent more than 17 years in GRC and cybersecurity.
Trained in both cybersecurity and clinical mental health counseling, with a master's degree in each and a year-long clinical internship, Rupinder studies why people and AI systems that look compliant on paper still fail under pressure. His Human CVE framework treats predictable lapses in human judgment the way security teams treat software flaws: as vulnerabilities to recognize, stress test and remediate.
On the AI side, his study of guardrail degradation across 1,200 adversarial test cases is published in the ISACA Journal and the IEEE SVCC 2026 proceedings. He is an author with ISACA Journal, contributes to ISACA as a CISA exam item writer and CRISC Review Manual technical reviewer, and serves as a CODiE Awards judge. His 2026 talks include InfoSec World, the ISACA Virtual Conference, RMISC and BSides Las Vegas.
