Romeo Gardner III is the President and CEO of Nehlos, a cybersecurity firm based in Stafford, VA, specializing in helping government agencies achieve Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance. With a career rooted in national security and technology, he served at the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, ensuring secure communications at the highest levels of government, before being recruited by Microsoft as an Engineer and Program Manager supporting the Air Force and later as a Learning and Education Manager driving security innovation and workforce development. Today, he leads Nehlos as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and Authorized Reseller, delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that strengthen public-sector resilience, and serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), committed to developing the next generation of cybersecurity leaders.
