Robert Knoblauch is the Senior Vice President, IT & Security at Windsor Family Credit Union and a technology and cybersecurity executive with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, enterprise technology, cybersecurity and operational resilience across global financial institutions and publicly traded organizations.
Throughout his career, Robert has led large international technology and security organizations supporting operations in more than 50 countries, directed responses to high-impact cyber incidents, and developed governance frameworks that enable secure innovation, cloud adoption, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Windsor Family Credit Union, Robert held senior leadership positions with Scotiabank, Tangerine, Bank of Montreal, Toronto Stock Exchange and Element Fleet Management, where he built and transformed enterprise technology and cybersecurity programs aligned with global regulatory expectations while delivering measurable improvements in operational resilience, risk reduction and business performance.
