Richard is a principal consultant for Mandiant's strategic service offering in Mandiant's Singapore office. As a member of the Strategic Services team, Richard provides customers with expert advice for setting up cyber defense centres and next-generation security operations centres (SOCs) by conducting Response Readiness Assessments and other Mandiant strategic services.
Richard has a wealth of in-house experience, having worked in multiple industries and organisations. He is able to make pragmatic and efficient recommendations to address the challenges that customers faced.
Richard has undertaken the delivery of tabletop exercises, security operation centre consulting, cloud and network architecture reviews, and incident response readiness assessments for clients in government bodies, transportation and logistics, financial services, gaming, and manufacturing industries.
