Renata Vincoletto is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of global experience spanning multinational corporations, SMES, and nonprofits. Currently, the Chief Information Security Officer at Civica, a Blackstone portfolio company, leads enterprise-wide strategies to strengthen cyber resilience and safeguard critical assets. Her career includes leading Microsoft’s SOC teams and serving as Global Information Security Manager at Abcam. Renata holds a master’s degree in Information Security and Forensics and brings hands-on expertise in incident response, network and cloud security, and governance. She is also Head Tutor for IMD’s Cyber Security and Risk Programme, mentoring C-level executives in cyber leadership. Recognised for her inclusive leadership and technical excellence, she was named one of the Top 10 IT Professionals of the Year in 2008. She continues championing diversity and social impact through technology, including award-winning work empowering young women in Zambia.
