With extensive experience across diverse industries and continents, I bring a robust skill set to my role as Chapter and Member Relations Specialist for North and Latin America at ISC2. Since joining ISC2 in June 2023, I have spearheaded comprehensive communications efforts, programmed engaging webinars, and provided essential administrative support to over 150 chapters.

Before joining ISC2, I honed my expertise in program coordination and people operations at Pathrise, a tech mentorship startup. There, I played a pivotal role in managing onboarding and recruitment processes, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). I successfully implemented outreach strategies and improved hiring practices to foster a more inclusive work environment. My tenure at Liberty Language Services further refined my ability to build strong community connections and drive organizational growth through comprehensive recruitment and engagement initiatives.

My international upbringing across South America, Europe, and the United States has given me a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse stories and backgrounds. This global experience informs my professional commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive environments.
