Raphael Adeyemo, MBA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SSCP, ITIL4-f, is the Senior Manager of IT Risk Management at Manulife, where he leverages his expertise to enable business operations and outcomes. With over 14 years of experience in various roles like service delivery, cyber resilience, process optimization, IT risk management, digital investigations, strategy, and digital transformation across many industries, including banking, insurance, energy, technology, and academia. As the President and Chair of the Board of Directors for the ISC2 Toronto Chapter - a non-profit cybersecurity community in the GTA, Raphael has strategically revitalized the Chapter's positioning, making it a preferred choice in Canada through innovative, brave and collaborative leadership. He oversees strategic and governance alignment, prioritizes diversity, and fosters development opportunities through community engagement initiatives for members in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond. Additionally, Raphael contributes to shaping future cybersecurity leaders by imparting real-world experience as an adjunct professor at Conestoga College. He holds a dual MBA from SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, and a Digital Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
