Mr. Peter Beasley

Peter Beasley is a pioneering, seasoned technology business executive. Anticipating the nation’s quest for racial equity, Peter co-founded BUiLT in September 2020, after co-founding Blacks in Technology International in March 2020 — both nonprofits working to increase the representation of Black people in technology. Peter has decades of experience serving on technology nonprofit boards, including the IT Service Management Forum, and as the first Black Director for the Society of Information Management (SIM) Dallas. As the first Black recipient of the Texas Emerging Technology Fund, Peter founded and led the Richardson, Texas software venture, Netwatch Solutions. Previously, Peter advanced as an electrical engineer into senior IT corporate leadership roles. In all his positions, Peter demonstrates his creativity and passion for inclusion and fair play.
