Paul Holland is a cybersecurity executive with more than 25 years of experience leading security strategy, governance and transformation across global organisations spanning financial services, logistics, professional services, retail and government. He is currently shaping the enterprise cyber strategy for Royal Mail Group, one of the UK's largest employers with c.150,000 employees and over 60 operational sites.

Paul is experienced in developing enterprise cyber strategies, advising boards and executive committees, aligning security investment to business objectives, and delivering measurable improvements in organisational resilience.

A recognised industry thought leader, speaker and government advisor with extensive experience influencing cybersecurity practices beyond individual organisations, Paul was selected by the UK Cabinet Office to help shape Secure by Design guidance and previously led global cyber research at the Information Security Forum, influencing security leaders worldwide.
