Parker Garrison CISSP

In Parker Garrison's past work spanning cyberdefense, offense, strategy and architecture, he has contributed significantly to the development of widely-used open-source cybersecurity frameworks, including CWE and D3FEND (d3fend.mitre.org), now the industry standard classification of cyber defenses. He brings professional experience from the private and public sectors, as an independent consultant and pentester, and as a current startup founder. He has presented at major conferences such as DerbyCon, incorporating a significant use of live demos; has consistently finished 1st in national-level cybersecurity competitions and CTFs, going 3/3 at RSAC; and created and ran the Advanced Exploit Writing, Exploit Hunting and Exploit Defense CTF at last year's RSA Conference Innovation Sandbox. His presentations break down complex topics, so the audience can quickly learn and apply new concepts.
