Pamela published a groundbreaking holistic Strategic and actionable AI Risk Management Framework, AI TIPS – Artificial Intelligence Trust Enabled Pillars for Sustainability. The Pillars she included take a holistic view of AI risks and fuels AI success based on Strategy, Business, legal and security context. They are Security, Privacy, Transparency, Explainability, Ethics, Audit, Regulations and Accountability. AI TIPS showcases her thought leadership, it preceded the first global framework created by NIST by four years and the reason companies seek her guidance in De-Risking their AI adoption and streamlining the success trajectory.
In April 2026, OWASP merged Pamela’s AI TIPS governance crosswalk into the official GitHub repository for the Agentic Skills Top 10 (AST10), establishing AI TIPS as the enterprise governance layer for OWASP’s authoritative agentic AI risk taxonomy. The integration crosswalks each AST10 risk to the AI TIPS pillars and 243 controls, giving boards, CISOs and engineering leaders a single, auditable line of sight from agentic threats to enterprise accountability — directly relevant to taming AI sprawl, shadow AI and unmanaged agent proliferation.
Pamela leads pivotal initiatives that are reshaping the AI ecosystem and mentoring professionals in AI Governance, Risk and Cybersecurity. As a founder member of the AI 2030 Evangelism Program, she collaborates with thought leaders from Google, NVIDIA, AWS, Microsoft and other tech titans to mainstream Responsible AI by 2030.
