In today's fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape, professional chapters must do more than host events-they must become community anchors that inspire, empower, and connect. This session will explore how ISC2 chapters can enhance their relevance and impact by focusing on three key pillars: purpose, partnership, and people.

Drawing from experience leading strategic cybersecurity initiatives and chapter outreach-including a recent collaboration with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) to promote Women in STEM and support early-career professionals-Neil/Renata will share real-world examples of how chapters can:

Align their mission with a clear purpose that resonates across career levels.
Build strategic academic partnerships, like the ARU initiative, to tap into fresh talent and foster long-term engagement.
Develop inclusive mentorship and succession planning models that foster the development of future leaders.
