Naveena Swamy, Chief Innovation Officer at Maxelerator Foundation, is a serial entrepreneur who started her journey at IIT Madras and has built a career in the United States for past 25 years. She co-founded and participated in the leadership teams of start-ups, including Sycamore Networks (2001 IPO), Tejas Networks (IPO 2017) and as an Angel Investor for RoboTech Center. She has co-authored books on game design and served on the fund committee at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
