Mr. Mike Schuetter

Mike Schuetter is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at Encore Technologies. Prior to Encore, he built and managed several technical and organizational security assessment practices. Additionally, he designed, built and recruited staff for several security operations centers for a Fortune 500 company and large defense contractor. Mike’s background is in both IT networks and security, and he has earned both a CCIE and CISSP certification, which affords him a broader knowledge set when taking on the challenges in the complex world of cybersecurity. He is active in the community by participating in many local and national professional societies, as well as working with colleges and their students in an effort to help drive awareness and talent to meet the growing demand in the workforce.
