Mr. Michael Prebil

Michael Prebil is a senior policy analyst with the Center on Education & Labor at New America (CELNA). He supports CELNA's research and advocacy across a wide range of initiatives pertaining to apprenticeship, federal and state workforce policies, community colleges, worker power, and sector-specific concerns such as cybersecurity workforce development. He studies education models that prepare learners to succeed in further higher education and at work, and opportunities to improve the conditions of working life in America.
