Michael is the Manager of Customer Success at Security Compass, who leads an E-Learning support and Customer Success team in assisting customers to realize and maximize the value they receive from the SD Elements platform  E-Learning and Training products. Michael has spent his 30 year career as a student of various technology successes and failures across roles including operations, sales engineering, channel management, product management and customer success. He has spent the last 6 years focusing on the challenges that organizations face when modernizing and scaling their AppSec programs plus becoming competitive in developing and retaining security focused software development talent.
