Mary Fredley is Senior Manager of Membership at ISC2, where she leads global strategies to grow, engage, and support a diverse community of cybersecurity professionals. In her role, she oversees chapter, member benefits, and volunteer programs, partnering closely with regional teams and chapter leaders to strengthen local communities and deliver meaningful member value.

From managing community programs in Kansas to leading multi-million-dollar regional initiatives for USAID in West Africa, Mary has over 20 years of experience building partnerships, mentoring teams, and managing complex programs across the U.S. and around the world. She is passionate about empowering volunteers, advancing member engagement, and driving scalable programs that support ISC2’s mission of inspiring a safe and secure cyber world. She brings a collaborative, results-focused approach to building strong global networks and enhancing the impact of ISC2 chapters worldwide.
