Marvin Stein is an IT support consultant & customer engagement engineer; He is currently Vice President of the LI, NY Chapter of ISC2 as well as a member if the ISC2 Global Chapter Advisory Committee. He has corporate internal and customer-facing infrastructure support, troubleshooting as well as cybersecurity assessment, security framework assessments, implementation and compliance advisory experience. His work experience includes working for and with vendors and corporations like Verizon, Microsoft, DELL/EMC, McAfee, the Bank of New York, and Merrill Lynch. He holds his CISSP, MCSE and MCT, and ITIL certifications and has been a speaker at various technical conferences. Some of his work also includes performing troubleshooting, monitoring and assessments based on standards like NIST 800-53, and he has co-written and taught workshops on Windows administration, SCCM, PKI, SQL Server, Exchange and VB scripting.
