Marinda Hamann is the Senior Manager of Global Research & Insights at ISC2, where she leads thought leadership research on the global cybersecurity workforce and emerging industry trends. Since joining ISC2 in 2018, she has overseen flagship studies including the ISC2 Cybersecurity Workforce Study, Enterprise Security Team Training Trends, and Early Career Cybersecurity Hiring and Development Trends. Her research explores critical topics such as AI, quantum computing, supply chain risk and cybersecurity leadership. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in market research and analytics, Marinda helps organizations better understand workforce challenges, talent development and the forces shaping the future of cybersecurity.
