She graduated with honors from Executive MBA studies at HULT International Business School in London, M.SC. studies in finance and accounting at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in open cast mining at AGH in Krakow and postgraduate studies in social psychology in organizational change management at SWPS in Warsaw, Poland. She has numerous certificates (CISSP, CISM, ITIL Expert, SAFe, PMP and many others) and completed number of industry training in both cybersecurity and technology. She conducts trainings, workshops, and consultancy in the field of employee experience, responsible AI, technological singularity, overall industrial transformation, as well as, digital workplace, data mesh, modern data management concepts, data platforms, architecture, cybersecurity, social engineering, protection against phishing, internal audit, organization change management, technology, and cyber risk management, as well as economic crimes. She specializes in designing, implementing, and conducting cybersecurity awareness programs in enterprises, process design, transformation, and introducing good IT & cyber compliance & governance practices. In recent years, Magdalena has held high leadership positions in cybersecurity, data & analytics, technology and internal audit in the largest Fortune Global 500 companies. Magdalena is an active business mentor in organizations supporting new leaders in their careers. She is a big supporter of diversity & inclusion programs in IT, designing and running several DEI global initiatives. Magdalena is an active mentor and advisor in Start-up Advisory Guild. In addition, she is one of the co-founders of CYBER ​​WOMEN COMMUNITY in Poland - a thriving organization promoting women in cybersecurity and IT. Magdalena is a PRESIDENT OF ISC2 POLAND CHAPTER. She is a keynote speaker, presents at numerous industry conferences, in Poland and abroad, sharing her practical knowledge and passion gained over the years. In 2022, Magdalena was published as one of the most inspiring 100 women in EU in cybersecurity in a report: "Hacking Gender Barriers: Europe's Top Cyber Women in European Union". In September 2023, she was awarded as a "STRONG WOMAN IN IT"- Global Edition Report.
