Mrs. Lynn Dohm

Lynn Dohm is the Executive Director of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS). With over 25 years of organizational and leadership experience, Lynn specializes in partnership building, advocacy and strategy. She has worked in various capacities on cybersecurity workforce enterprises and is actively involved in bridging the gap of the critical cybersecurity workforce shortage. Lynn is passionate about leveraging diverse mindsets, skill sets and perspectives to solve problems and facilitating discussions on leading with inclusion, equity and allyship.
