She's held CISO roles at MoneyGram (150M+ customers across 200+ countries) and Simmons Bank (during growth from $10B to $20B+ in assets), and led security at Fastly. She's built security programs under every constraint imaginable and made the "stay or go" career decision more times than she can count. She now runs Vaughn Cyber Group, helping organizations figure out what actually matters when resources are limited and everything feels urgent.
