Kevin Fielder CISSP, ISSAP, ISSMP

Kevin Fielder is an innovative and dynamic professional, with over 25 years of experience in security-focused roles, ranging from being a deeply technical individual contributor to leading small teams, and for the last nine years leading multiple security functions as a CISO. In his current role, Kevin is also accountable for supporting colleague and client enterprise technology.

He has a passion for, and proven experience in, driving transformation and change by successfully engaging with all levels of the business. He believes security should be a key differentiator to drive sales and customer retention, not just a cost centre. He is passionate about the benefits of cognitive diversity as a key ingredient for successful organisations.

In addition to his full-time roles, Kevin has supported our industry by serving on the advisory board for ClubCISO and is an advisory council member to ISC2 U.K.

Kevin has been a board advisor to multiple start-ups, including The Cybermaniacs, LT Harper, Securanova and RedSift. He is passionate about physical and mental resilience and well-being both inside and outside of his work. He is an advocate for men "opening up," and a coach to multiple fighters, including a kickboxing world champion.
