Mr. Johnathan Rudy JD, CISSP

Johnathan Rudy is Senior Corporate Counsel, Cybersecurity and Data Protection, at TransUnion. He spent 10 years as an active-duty Marine Corps Judge Advocate and continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve as the Reserve Staff Judge Advocate (General Counsel) for Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. His most recent active-duty position was Chief of Cyber Operations Law for the Marine Corps. Johnathan earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, an LL.M. in Intelligence and Cyber Law from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School and a B.A. in Political Science from Baldwin Wallace College.
