J.J. Thompson

J.J. Thompson has a 20-year track record of success anticipating future trends in the cybersecurity industry and designing, implementing, and managing security capabilities to meet those needs by fusing technology with high performance teams. After spending most of his career working as a strategic advisor and thought leader for some of the world’s largest high growth organizations and security companies, Thompson joined Sophos to lead strategy for service offerings following the acquisition of his company, Rook Security, in 2019. At Ernst & Young, he served Global 100 accounts through strategic incident and crisis response. Thompson also served as President of the Silicon Valley chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and (ISC)² Indianapolis.
