Tina Vaitkus serves as the Director, Human Resources for (ISC)². As head of HR, she is responsible for the vision, design, development and leadership of multi-national human resource solutions. Tina provides consultation to leadership on strategic HR initiatives including talent, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and the employee experience. She oversees administration of global human resources programs that supports an employee-centric, global culture emphasizing diversity, equity and inclusion in the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
Tina is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education-Organizational Leadership (2022) and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She holds two Senior Human Resources certifications, SHRM-SCP and SPHR, is a certified behavioral interviewer, and is also certified by MHS Assessments for Emotional Intelligence assessments.
