Mrs. Jenai Marinkovic

Jenai Marinkovic believes cybersecurity has entered a new epoch, one where digital, physical, and biological systems converge and must be governed as one. As CEO/Cofounder of GRCIE and vCISO/CTO for Tiro Security, she has spent over 25 years securing intelligent ecosystems spanning tech, media, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and critical infrastructure, where cyberattacks manifest as real-world physical consequences. She serves on ISACA's AI Governance Working Group and is the architect of its AI Audit Toolkit, a 1,500+ control framework for governing intelligent systems. Through GRCIE's tuition-free NextCISO Academy, she trains defenders to sense and reason across domains. Her research, Governing Cognition, argues that in this new epoch, human sensory and cognitive intelligence remain the decisive control in securing intelligent systems.
