Jeanne Daggs is the Sr. HR Talent Partner for (ISC)2. In this role she is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, developing best practices in recruitment, onboarding and managing employee data, and owning the candidate experience. She brings over 15 years of talent acquisition and retention experience to the organization. Her prior employers include staffing and consulting for local, government and Fortune 100 companies, cybersecurity, career development, and K-12 education. Jeanne has developed and implemented HR programs designed to achieve strategic, business and operational goals. She maintains a strong emphasis on employee relations, talent acquisition and management, creating and influencing partnerships at all levels and is adaptable to changing business requirements. She enjoys developing positive relationships and motivating employees, as well as helping to develop career paths and clearly defined hiring expectations.
