Jason J. Thomas CISSP, CISA

ason joined the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2017 as the Senior Director, IT Security. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jason worked at Exelon for just over 9 years. He has worked in a variety of IT and IT Security roles with increasing responsibility throughout his career, starting his career at the University of Maryland College Park after completing his graduate program. Jason was born and raised in Baltimore, MD, and he now lives in Crofton, MD, with his wife, Jen, and their dog, Ginger, a rescue “Bassador.” Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University and a Master of Public Management from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. Jason is known to wear bow ties and take any available opportunity to add to his collection. In his spare time, Jason enjoys traveling with Jen, cheering on the O’s and Ravens, enjoying craft beer and whiskey, and spending time with friends and family.
