Gail Murray, CISSP, CCSP, is a Senior Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) with an extensive background in cybersecurity leadership, technical operations, and public service. A dedicated advocate for the cybersecurity community, Gail serves as the President of the ISC2 Annapolis Junction Chapter and is an active member of both the ISC2 Chapter Advisory Committee (CAC) and the Southeast Chapter Regional Management Committee (CRMC). Her professional journey includes foundational experience as a former federal police officer, government civilian, and federal contractor, giving her a unique, multi-faceted perspective on security governance, vulnerability management, and infrastructure protection. As an exceptionally well-rounded security professional, Gail's diverse career has actively touched all 8 domains of the CISSP.With this deep technical foundation, she has excelled in system and network administration, software development, training, and strategic management.
