Fredrik Hallgren

Fredrik is an experienced project manager and management consultant, with a strong quality focus. He has extensive experience in the Automotive and Defense industries, with high demands on quality, safety and security. He has served in a number of roles, including Quality Manager, Program Manager and Process Improvement Consultant. During the last 4 years, his main focus has been Cybersecurity for Automotive Products, particularly supporting his customers in preparing for the emerging UNECE regulations for Cybersecurity as well as the corresponding ISO/SAE standard. The assignments ranged from conducting a gap analysis to establish a baseline, through process definition and implementation support to hands-on support with threat- and vulnerability analysis and work product reviews. As the Automotive ecosystem grows more complex and numerous suppliers are involved in developing the cars of tomorrow, Supplier Management has been an important part of this work. Fredrik also participated in the development of ISO/SAE 21434 as a member of the Swedish ISO working group.
