Dheeraj Gurugubelli is a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution practice, where he advises private equity firms and corporations on AI, cybersecurity, and technology transformation. As a trusted advisor to boards and C-suite executives, his work sits at the intersection of responsible AI enablement and cybersecurity, helping organizations balance innovation with governance, security, and regulatory considerations. He works with executive teams to shape AI portfolios, establish governance and risk management frameworks, modernize AI-ready development and deployment processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive value realization from AI investments.

Over the course of his career, Dheeraj has advised organizations across regulated sectors on complex technology and business transformation initiatives. He has guest lectured for Harvard's M&A graduate cohort, previously served as a security research scholar at Purdue University, and is an active mentor through Cyversity.
