David Foote is a tech workforce trends research pioneer and one of the most quoted industry experts on human factors in technology evolution. He has spent more than two decades introducing innovative data-driven benchmark research and analysis on the IT workforce while also pioneering new industry practices for hyper-accurate IT employment benchmarking and tracking/forecasting of tech skills supply and demand.
