Mr. Cris Neckar

Cris Neckar, Venture Partner at Two Bear Capital, has more than 17 years of leadership experience in technology, from software engineering to penetration testing. He has held leadership roles for a diverse group of startups, including co-founder of Divergent Security, a top-tier offensive security assessment service provider. He was one of the original members of the Google Chrome Security Team and led the Application Security practice for Neohapsis (now Cisco). As a security researcher, Cris has discovered and responsibly disclosed critical vulnerabilities in software infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows and Cisco WebEx. He has been instrumental in the investigations of high-profile data breaches and nation-state intelligence campaigns.
